North Cascades National Park, Washington
Below: As we entered the rain forest in North Cascades National Park it was ... raining ... and the clouds created a beautiful view of the trees.
Below: The rivers were aqua green which the ranger said was due to glacial melting.
Below: This little trail took us into some of the most beautiful rain forest we've ever seen.
Below: Stunning panoramas surrounded us. This was a very peaceful experience because there was no one around and the rain was just a quiet mist.
Below: Carpets of beautiful ferns all over.
Below: We came across some scarce, bizarre-looking
Monotropa uniflora (ghost plants).
Below: We saw many waterfalls in the park. This is Ladder Creek Falls.
